Mr and Mrs J

Another Dance Card Spoken For

Rhonda and Rodney had one of the best first dancing I have seen. It started sweet and slow and jumped right into a groove! Really, that was the way the wedding played out as well. It started very sweet with the bride planning all the small details, the groom moving along with her and by the time the ceremony was over--they were in their groove...Sharing laughs and toasts with friends and family. I wish you all the best, Mr and Mrs J.

Family Portraits at the Arboretum

It is official. The holiday countdown in on! There are less than 100 days to the end of the year.

Family Portrait Weekends are also officially launched. I love this time of year because I get to mingle with new and returning clients. I see how much the kiddos have changed and some of the kids share interesting facts about their family. Don't worry I don't tell.

These sessions were at the Dallas Arboretum. This first one is one of my new favorites. I love the moment shared with the mother and her girls.

The Penrods Have Their Big Day

Princess, Puppy and the NEW Penrods

Congratulations to the married couple, Sarah and Dereck.

More From the Penrods

Sarah and Dereck cooked up the fairytale evening. Their recipe for a great wedding: a beautiful bride, a groom in a white tux, a little dog with a collar of bling, a swingin' band, and an added dash of the singing wilsons.

It was remarkable to see this wedding really come together with the help of friends and family. Best of wishes to the couple. May you have many wonderful memories and happy tunes!

The Chapmans Wedding

Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Chapman

You know I got really lucky here. I was driving by this cute little chapel and thought this would be a great place to take photos. I got my chance!

Jenna and Brian were a delight to work with. I enjoyed watching the day unfold. The energy of getting everyone ready to the calm of "we did it." They even added a happy birthday to the groom's grandfather too.

I wish you all the love and peace in the world (and a safe return when the time comes).

Here are a few of my first favorites....

Here are a few more of the Chapmans

...a couple of my favs at least.

Beauty Worthy

I have saved these bridal portraits to share until after the big day. I didn't want to give anything away. :) Inspirational and Beautiful. Both the location and the bride.
